Hi! I'm Sam!

I started my fitness journey in my teens as a gymnast, which eventually propelled me into coaching and personal training. Workouts have been an anchor in my daily life ever since my dad first took me into the weight room and taught me basic lifts and the importance of proper form, something I have seriously carried into my own training. I have the same determination when it comes to the clients I work with. Throughout my own fitness journey, I learned that what inspires me most is empowering my clients.  I do this through corrective training, adjusting mindset, and compassionate communication and accountability.

Life happens - I want to help you find the best solutions to your specific needs by continuously adjusting your workouts, your mindset, and your nutrition habits so that you can continue to thrive. I am going to give you the tools you need to heal yourself by showing you what you are capable of through a supportive process that relies on integrity and accountability. Throughout our time together, I want to teach my clients to become aware of how muscles feel, what their habits and obstacles are, redirecting focus back on the quality of movement and mindset. You can do this, and I can’t wait to show you just how strong and possible you are.

Geared to fit most fitness levels, you take it to the level YOU are comfortable with. I will push you to do your personal best and then some, but in the end, you will get out of it what you put in!     My style of training is dynamic. Clients are ever evolving when working with me on their personal fitness and health needs. I like to challenge my clients with new movements, increasing PRs (personal records), and in overcoming mental and physical blocks to their wellbeing. However, I always test and apply any training technique to myself before introducing it to you. Whether its progress in the gym, at home, or the inner-self (It’s common to see growth in all three areas at one time), I make it my duty to help you push limits and surpass goals. The drive and accountability that I provide will always be met with understanding and compassion.

    Online Personal Training

    Let me help you reach your health and fitness goals with all the conveniences of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space. I specialize in improving fitness, as well as body composition, and use physical training, nutritional coaching, and improvements in mindset to help you reach your goals. I believe in training the mind and the body and can deliver all of this to you through online workout and nutrition programs.
    Continuous improvement and impeccable form are at the core of all of my programming. I believe that the quality of a workout is always more important than the quantity of reps.  Continuous improvement is not limited to one type of workout or style, or the consistent increase in reps, but rather the focused attention to building upon what I like to call “your foundation.” This includes proper muscle activation, developing mobility, and building a stronger core. Form is crucial with any physical activity, and when established correctly, it will produce the ideal exercise technique, integrating functional movement patterns within the body and activating a stronger core. This is not complete without training your mind to come from a positive place throughout all aspects of your growth and development.
