Shelly Yerigan

I have to start off by saying I have been to multiple training groups, boot camps, and met with a handful of personal trainers before ever meeting Sam, and have never experienced as much thorough work as I do with her. She is so knowledgeable in what she does and is constantly looking into new ways to do things with workouts, nutrition, stretching, and anything in between. She not only is so easy to get along with and makes working out fun (yet completely exhausting at the same time), but Sam cares so much about the everyday struggles that cause you to have setbacks throughout your weight loss and fitness journey, and will truly go above and beyond to try and help you get over those struggles. Whether they are a muscular imbalance and or chronic pain, a need to change things up to avoid getting bored, or even an emotional attachment to food, Sam finds ways to help you get past those and is so understanding of your journey. Sam has gone so truly above and beyond what I would’ve ever expected a trainer to do! This is what makes Sam so great to work with and I truly would recommend her to every person I meet.
